Traditional French gastronomic cuisine in a cozy atmosphere: Au Comptoir des Sables

This restaurant replaces the Blu Lounge at the AC Marriott Ambassadeur Hôtel. Entirely transformed, with modern and elegant décor, to savor the excellent cuisine of Chef Guillaume Winterstein.

After working with great chefs such as Alain Llorca and Jacques Chibois, as well as at the Negresco, Guillaume continues his rise by offering here a traditional Mediterranean cuisine made mostly with fresh local produce.

The autumn menu features beautiful compositions. From the à la carte selection, the organic royal sea bream from the Bay of Cannes, the venison saddle Rossini-style with its polenta rounds and fresh herbs, or the vif d’or as a floating island will delight you.

The magnificent desserts are crafted by Charlotte Condom, who adds an extra touch to the gastronomy of this very pleasant restaurant.
