Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and overlooking the sea, this idyllic spot will transport you to a world of nature and serenity.

Hikers who explore our beautiful coastal trails are familiar with it, since you can get there via the Chemin des Douaniers, departing from Monaco or Cap d’Ail.

Nestled between land and sea, you can relax in one of the three areas set up around the little house:
- The Provençal terrace, with its tables shaded by plane trees and a view of the hills and greenery
- The seaside terrace where you can enjoy a delicious meal overlooking the ocean
- the relaxation area where you can take a nice nap after a meal, stretched out on a lounge chair, or simply unwind on one of the sofas in this space
The kitchen:

Mediterranean in style and made largely with local ingredients, the cuisine exudes the essence of the sun and the sea: grilled fish, certified meats, and fruits and vegetables from the Nice Market on your plate. You’re in for a treat! Warm octopus salad, Polpettes à la Cabanon, or almond cake with Marc de Provence—everything here is delicious.

The Chef: Dhaker Bejaoui

This young chef of Tunisian descent has sunshine and creativity in his hands. After competing on Top Chef in Tunisia, reaching the quarterfinals of Top Chef Monde Arabe 2020, and winning the Pasta’in Sud contest—created by Food’in Sud in Marseille—for his creative pasta dishes, he now cooks at Le Cabanon and shares his beautiful creations with us.

A dynamic and friendly team, and an idyllic setting that we owe to Prince Rainier: in fact, looking down from his palace at this little corner of paradise, he had mulberry trees and plane trees planted to enhance the view. The result is a natural canopy of trees that now shades the Cabanon.

“The soul has the color of the gaze. Only the blue soul carries dreams within it; it has drawn its azure from the waves and the vast expanse.” Guy de Maupassant
