The most authentic: Le Figuier de Saint-Esprit

Located within the ramparts of Vieil Antibes, holding one star in the Michelin Guide, this restaurant reflects, through its cuisine and décor, the charm and gastronomy of the Côte d’Azur. Stone walls, fresh local produce, and impeccable service.

The chef: Christian Morisset is one of the pillars of Azurean gastronomy, with a long professional career and a star-studded résumé that gives him perfect mastery of his ingredients and of how to elevate them.

After Le Moulin de Mougins and the Hôtel Juana, where he succeeded Alain Ducasse, the chef now runs his own restaurant with his wife, and his two sons are also part of the team.

You can savor dishes of great tradition and its essentials, such as the lamb saddle from the Alpilles, cooked in Vallauris clay, the cannelloni of baby cuttlefish and clams, or the organic chocolate from Sierra Leone, conched at the Manufacture Duplanteur in the historic center of Grasse.

There are also various menu options, at lunch and in the evening, tailored to your tastes.
