Jean Pierre Escande and his wife, Alberte, are active and accomplished Monegasques. After various successful experiences like their former restaurant La Sariette, they decided to open this bistronomic restaurant in 2016.

The decor, very refined and trendy, evokes nature with table legs in tree trunk in contrast with modern and irregular tops. Ochre tones and subdued lights contribute to this chic and zen atmosphere. A private room will allow you to organize private or professional events.

In the kitchen, Chef Dominique Nouvian will delight your taste buds with Mediterranean cuisine and revisited regional specialties. Here everything is made on the spot and all the products are fresh. Moreover, Dominique Nouvian and David Castoldi, his sous chef, do their shopping at La Condamine with local producers.

On the menu, a very attractive lunch formula with: dish and drink at 18€ or dish starter and drink or dish dessert and drink at 26€. A discovery menu at 58 euros for the evening.

As for the dishes, let yourself be tempted by the Socca with pesto and its pan-fried porcini mushrooms, the stockfish à la Monégasque or the linguine with lobster which are excellent. For dessert, the Grand Marnier soufflé or the Crème brûlée with chestnut confit are delicious.
