If you are nostalgic for our culinary specialties, you should know that in Paris, you can enjoy them with a feeling of "extending your vacation". Here are my favorite addresses to find a little sun in the greyness.
Les Niçois, 7 rue Lacharrière, 75011 Paris, Tel : 09 84 16 55 03
Luc, a pure Nice native who grew up in Nice, decided to open a restaurant with his friend Olivier 5 years ago( already!), which transports him home, not only by the food, but also by the atmosphere and the warmth of the place.
Here you will have the impression of being back on the Cours Saleya: you can choose between the pissaladière, the socca, the pan bagnat, the panisses or the niçoise salad, the real one. But what also reminds us of our region is the atmosphere, with the petanque in the basement and the good mood that reigns in this place. On weekends, the daycare to entertain your children. A great moment of happiness.
The Yacht Club, 8 rue Saint Lazare 75009 Paris, Tel: 09 53 57 61 15
This establishment is the second address created by the Niceans in 2017. Here you will feel like you are embarking on a culinary cruise. Wood, lifebuoys, a shark's head on the wall, you feel like you're in a boat.
On the side dishes to remind the sea, an iodized cuisine with accents of the French Riviera, as the famous octopus, excellent.
Bagnard, 2 addresses : 7 rue Saint Augustin, 75002 Paris, Tel: 09 86 17 63 17 and 58 rue de Saintonge 75003 Paris, Tel: 01 55 43 90 47
Created in 2014 by Yoni Saada, this restaurant with a "street food" concept seduced the Gault&Millau, which gave it the title of young talent and its concept was elected project of the year. Magnificent decor ( Bagnard Saint Augustin was a former locksmith's shop of Louis XVI, the beams and the mosaic floor are period).
On the kitchen side, the Vrai salade niçoise, the panisses, the pissaladière are a glimpse of everything you can taste, prepared by the chef with finesse. Excellent fresh fruit juices.
Baieta, 5 rue de Pontoise, 75005 Paris, Tel: 01 42 02 59 19
Baieta ( bisou in niçois) will transport you directly to Nice. Wooden and very elegant decoration in this restaurant in the heart of Paris. In 2016, the restaurant received a star in the Michelin Guide and Julia became the youngest starred chef in France.
Refined gastronomic cuisine, cooked with care, stuffed, ailloli, pissaladière and Socca just delicious. And of course, the real niçoise salad !
Riviera, Food Court at Galeries Lafayette, 60 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris
The Food Court concept: Located in the basement of the department store, this space is entirely dedicated to food. To take away or on the spot with long communal tables to taste dishes from different providers. Result: quality, conviviality and speed.
On the menu at Riviera: pizza, pissaladière, pan bagnat, and the grocery store with all the take-away products from Nice. The ideal and delicious shopping break.
