To taste high gastronomy in a dream setting: The Passenger
In terms of culinary excellence served in a dream setting, it will be difficult to find better: here everything is beautiful and everything is good.
Mosaic floors, Carrara marble, sculptures, and a terrace that opens onto the sea will satisfy even the most demanding.
On the kitchen side: 1 star in the Michelin Guide, a Chef Aurélien Vequaud, elected by Gault & Millau Grand Chef of Tomorrow 2019, and Steeve Moracchini, the Pastry Chef, elected by Gault & Millau in 2016 Pastry Chef of the Year, gives you a glimpse of the quality of the cuisine you will taste.
Whether you decide to weigh anchor with the Rouffe Impérial de Méditerranée with the perfume of Roses Belles-Rives, to take the sea with the Moruette cooked with hot sand, or to touch ground with the Oriado with Bio chocolate, this meal will transport you in the crazy years.

Inside, a 70's atmosphere with Paul Smith carpeting, leather banquettes and velvet chairs. Outside, a large terrace surrounded by palm trees and a pretty fountain, reminiscent of Los Angeles restaurants.
On the menu, refreshing dishes such as bagna cauda, beef ravioli with sage or the Juana burger, and of course Steve Moracchini's desserts, as at Belles-Rives. For those concerned about health and well-being, a detox menu, concocted with the advice of a naturopath.
Every Sunday, starting at 12:00, the famous brunch will enchant your weekends (resumption January 2020).
Note: the pastries of the great chef are also available to take away (5€).

Eat traditional French gourmet cuisine in a cosy atmosphere: At the Comptoir des Sables
This restaurant replaces the Blu Lounge at the AC Marriott Ambassadeur Hotel. Completely transformed, with a modern and elegant decoration, to enjoy the excellent cuisine of Chef Guillaume Winterstein.
After having worked with the greatest chefs such as Alain Llorca or Jacques Chibois as well as at the Negresco, Guillaume continues his ascent by proposing us here a traditional Mediterranean cuisine composed of fresh local products for the most part.
The autumn menu offers beautiful compositions. On the menu, the organic royal sea bream from the bay of Cannes, the Rossini style back of venison with polenta and fresh herbs or the golden snapper like a floating island will delight you.
The magnificent desserts are elaborated by Charlotte Condom, who brings an additional touch to the gastronomy of this very pleasant restaurant.
