
The first day blew us away with victories for Ireland by Richard Howley and for Italy by Giacomo Casadei in the CSI5.
CSI5- Prix openning LGCT Cannes 1m40This 2-phase event was full of surprises, with Jane Richard and her wonderful Fouego de la Closiere leading the way with a time of 29″30, but eventually edged out by Let's Go FZ ridden by Giacomo Casadei, who completed his 2nd phase in 28″56. The 22-year-old Italian thus scored his first CSI5 victory.

A fine third place for Harold Boisset and Malia du By with a time of 30″87.
CSI5 - Prix GC TV - 1m45with a magnificent victory by Richard Howley for Ireland and Petitfour vd Wareslage, who unseated Ben Maher, the world number 2.
Not forgetting CSI2 - Prix Aurélie Bidermann and Prix GC TVThe winner for France was Romain Potin and Brooklyn for the Prix Aurélie Bidermann, and Lou Potin won with Greine des Neiges on her first visit to Cannes: a very fine family victory.

Great victory for France in the CSI2- Prix Bord Sol - 1m40, with Arnaud Fontenelle who won in association with Gim's des Fresnes and Figa de Gree, and signed 2 penalty-free laps with times of 64″10 and 65″36.
