The most beautiful resorts are barely an hour from Nice, open at first on weekends, and then every day once the snow is deeper. Each has its own charm and assets to discover, whether for a weekend or even a single day.
But for longer stays, it is important to choose one’s resort carefully; to do so, you should ask yourself the right questions:
- First, determine the nature of the holiday: alone, as a couple, with friends or as a family.

The most authentic: Valberg
Over the years, Valberg has become the favourite resort of locals: very elegant, with a pedestrian zone in the town centre and electric shuttles and car-sharing cars to get around everywhere. Den nærmeste til kysten: Gréolières les Neiges
Bare 45 minutter fra Grasse ligger denne sjarmerende lille skistasjonen, med 30 km med nedfarten løyper og 30 km med løyper for langrenn. Et vakkert gammelt landsbyområde på toppen av Cheiron, med uovertruffen utsikt over Côte d’Azur og den italienske rivieraen. Barnehage, skiklubben Colmiane og ESF-klubben.
Bon à savoir : pour la saison de ski 2019-2020, Gréolières sera la première station en France à bénéficier du concept de « communication solidaire » en s’associant à la station de ski du Val d’Allos.
