Bars of the Côte d’Azur’s most beautiful palace hotels await you for a stylish, pleasant evening, alone, as a couple or with friends.
The most retro: Bar Fitzgerald, Hôtel Belles Rives, Juan-les-Pins.
If you want to relive the Riviera of the 1930s for an evening, this is the perfect place. Décor, atmosphere, view: you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back into the roaring twenties.

Harry Potter ambiance: Bar Hôtel Métropole, Monte Carlo.
Entirely indoors, this venue has a zen, magical atmosphere. The décor, which changes very often according to the seasons and events, is always surprising. Tables by the bar are more intimate, and the toilets are hidden behind a bookcase. A must.

The most English: bar of the Hôtel Negresco, Nice.
Take off to the United Kingdom for a drink in this legendary bar, which has served as a backdrop for many films such as “Le héros de la famille” or “Dalida”. Cosy, hushed atmosphere with 20th-century walnut panelling and 17th-century tapestries for the décor. Jazz, pop and soul music, live evenings or vinyl: it is one of the favourite bars of the refined clientele, both local and passing through.

The most Californian: Le Cercle bar, Le Grand Hôtel, Cannes.
One of the most sought-after bars during conferences or festivals. Actors, businessmen and locals mingle here in a décor, light and atmosphere that are very Californian. Very refined, in an immense garden facing the sea, with a cosy, timeless interior. My favourite.

Venetian atmosphere: Bar Bellini, Hôtel Eden Roc, Antibes.
There is no more sumptuous or better-suited setting for savouring a Bellini, which is in fact the hotel’s signature cocktail. Here everything is beauty, refinement and serenity, all in a very Italian décor. An absolute must.
