Founded in 2018 by Déborah Mayer, Iron Dames is a groundbreaking project committed to promoting and supporting women in sport, competing alongside men in pursuit of greater equality with the opposite sex.
The members of Iron Dames are all exceptional women, passionate and determined, who have shown perseverance and resolve in reaching their goals and overcoming obstacles and limits.
The philosophy of this project is to reach any goal through hard work, passion and resilience.
Iron Dames is more than a team, it is a family; they work together to become one.
Iron Dames invited to the Longines Global Champions Tour
Following motorsport racing, Iron Dames is extending its movement into the world of equestrian sport.
They have succeeded in bringing together the first and only 100% female show jumping team, with the goal of taking part in the most prestigious FEI competitions around the world.
